Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce

In March of 1951 the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Waterbury was established to encompass the 13 town region represented by the chamber. Today the Waterbury Regional Chamber is the region's foremost business network, resource and advocate. The Chamber advocates the needs of the region's business community on major issues. It serves its membership through programs and services, which enhance and improve a favorable business environment within Greater Waterbury. It currently serves approximately 1,000 members in Waterbury, Watertown, Oakville, Bethlehem, Thomaston, Woodbury, Middlebury, Southbury, Oxford, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck, Wolcott, Prospect, and Cheshire.
Seven Angels Theatre

The mission of Seven Angels Theatre is to support professional regional theatre on a continuing basis in the Waterbury, Connecticut region; to produce and present quality theatre of fine established plays, musicals, and children's theatre; to encourage and produce new works; to emphasize priorities of excellence, quality, integrity, and accessibility to the entire community; to provide the means to foster appreciation, participation, and education in theatre arts, and to promote and foster the performing arts.

The Mission of the Naugatuck Historical Society is to bring together those people interested in the history of Naugatuck; to discover and collect any material which may help to establish or illustrate the history of the area; to endeavor to provide for the preservation of items of historic significance; to cooperate with officials in insuring the preservation of records and archives of the town; and to disseminate historical information and attempt to arouse interest in the past.
